Investigation of groundwater zooplankton fauna from water wells in Yaylada? district of Hatay province in Turkey

Some water quality parameters (water temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and pH) zooplankton fauna were investigated in 10 wells where the study was conducted. In this study, 14 species of Rotifera (46.67%), Copepoda (33.33%), 6 Cladocera (20%) identified. It found that widely distributed Rotaria neptunia (in 7 wells), Keratella quadrata 5 Daphnia curvirostris 8 Coronatella rectangula Chydorus sphaericus Pleuroxus aduncus each), Megacyclops viridis wells) Tropocyclops prasinus wells).
